Tickets worked just fine. Had a lovely trip to the top of Innsbruck and the Alpen Zoo halfway up to/doen from the top. Great value for money.
View from top of Innsbruck. Animals in Alpine zoo were well kept. No noticable stress behaviour, except in few bird species kept in smaller "ecological boxes" cases.
It was good. Although you said that app works offline. I had trouble accessing the ticket offline. On WIFI it worked fine. Thanks!
A fantastic service, amazing zoo and spectacular views. Worth every penny
recommended my family and I did everything and it is 100 percent functional and I recommend it for those traveling to austria.

Worked like a charm. Hassle free
Easy to use the e-tickets. Zoo was a great addition and well worth it. Great round trip.
The waiting times were too long and no consideration was given to people with severe disabilities. I have a stiffened foot and standing for long periods is only possible with great pain. It would be better to limit tickets and ensure that everything runs smoothly

Booking tickets where really easy to book and pay for, details sent through straight away. The cable car experience is fantastic and great value for money, the ease of moving around and getting from one car to another is done really well, we had trouble getting on line to show our tickets, but this was sorted by one of the staff. The views are absolutely fantastic and each time you move your head there is a different image. Great day out
Well-presented animals. They seem to have sufficient space and are well cared for (compared to other zoos, but I'm no expert). For children it's very interactive, and for adults there's a lot to learn too. The layout of the tour means you never get bored ("IKEA" style). We did the tour in about 2 hours (3 adults from 15 to 17).
