The highlight of my visit was being able to ride the cable cars. It was too expensive when I came last 50 years ago.
I didn't really understand what was the advantage of buying this ticket formula, because I had to pay 15€ for the zoo and in the end the price was the same as buying the formula without having to be bound to the 8-30-09.30 schedule. Therefore, I paid 57€ total equal to the regular formula with the only difference of having the time obligation. The formula is not clear.

The funiculars and views were spectacular! It was cloudy and snowed the day we went, but it didn't take away from God's beauty!
Tickets worked just fine. Had a lovely trip to the top of Innsbruck and the Alpen Zoo halfway up to/doen from the top. Great value for money.
Wonderful view of the mountains and over Innsbruck

Fantastic experience, well worth the ride to the top.
Superb experience Too bad the weather was bad and we couldn't admire the panorama.

Goodnigt, this afternoon I went on a trip to the top of Innsbruck. I had previously purchased my ticket online but I didn't know what it included. I looked for information at a house at the first stop and asked and showed it to a girl with blonde hair if my ticket (digital) included the cable car ride. She said no and so I bought a new one because my goal was to go to the top. In other words, I paid double due to an error in the information provided by the employee. I would like the ticket purchase to be refunded or cancelled. I am attaching the tickets and receipts for the same date and similar times. I appreciate your attention. Sérgio Ricardo Christofoletti
What a great experience little bit expensive but it is well worth it. If you are in innsbruck I cannot recomend this enough. Super easy to use the tickets and something we won't forget
The time you have to enjoy the experience is flexible. Upon my arrival accessing the attraction was easy. You just have to scan the QR code to access the tram to the top of the mountain. The ride up and down was very smooth and the tram comes often so you can go up or down easily. I suggest enjoy a nice meal at the restaurant at the very top. They have a nice menu of traditional foods and great beverage offerings.
View from top of Innsbruck. Animals in Alpine zoo were well kept. No noticable stress behaviour, except in few bird species kept in smaller "ecological boxes" cases.
Great experience, getting almost to the top of Innsbruck was awesome. Well organized and very well run

It was good. Although you said that app works offline. I had trouble accessing the ticket offline. On WIFI it worked fine. Thanks!
Worked like a charm. Hassle free
Easy to use the e-tickets. Zoo was a great addition and well worth it. Great round trip.
The waiting times were too long and no consideration was given to people with severe disabilities. I have a stiffened foot and standing for long periods is only possible with great pain. It would be better to limit tickets and ensure that everything runs smoothly

Booking tickets where really easy to book and pay for, details sent through straight away. The cable car experience is fantastic and great value for money, the ease of moving around and getting from one car to another is done really well, we had trouble getting on line to show our tickets, but this was sorted by one of the staff. The views are absolutely fantastic and each time you move your head there is a different image. Great day out
Well-presented animals. They seem to have sufficient space and are well cared for (compared to other zoos, but I'm no expert). For children it's very interactive, and for adults there's a lot to learn too. The layout of the tour means you never get bored ("IKEA" style). We did the tour in about 2 hours (3 adults from 15 to 17).

The Fanicular experience was very good as the Bahn was punctual, clean and professional.
On Saturday 24.5. 25 the access to the congress parking garage was very limited due to an event / city run. Therefore other parking garage chosen - no reduction of the parking fee. In addition, the access to the Cityparkgarage is not clearly recognizable for those unfamiliar with the area One-way regulation Ticket price is too high

Everything was shit: No lockers for my luggage !!! Absolutely bad signposting - both in Innsbruck and at the zoo !!! In the end I only felt disgust and hatred towards Innsbruck !!!

See animals that are or were native to our region up close, learn more about their way of life, and all this in an incredibly beautiful environment. Highly recommended!

Swarovski crystal world is a must visit if you are in Innsbruck. There is shuttle bus service from three different Innsbruck center locations to and fro. We took from Innsbruck hbf station at 8:40am first bus. 20 mins travel . Return is 11:40. Wonderful museum and good collection of Swarovski collections

The exploded crystal room with the heart beat. Mesmerising 🤩

The hall with the ice was closed for renovation work and that was nowhere to be read, disappointing. The signposts are not optimally laid out, it was not easy to find your way around. The highlight was the hanging crystals in the dark room.

The museum is truly awesome and the food at the restaurant was good too. The displays were incredible. Highly recommend going to the museum. If you don't have a car you can take a taxi or Uber. Uber was about 40 euro. We got our tickets through Headout and was a super easy seamless process. No standing in line. Got the tickets on my mobile device.
