Goodnigt, this afternoon I went on a trip to the top of Innsbruck. I had previously purchased my ticket online but I didn't know what it included. I looked for information at a house at the first stop and asked and showed it to a girl with blonde hair if my ticket (digital) included the cable car ride. She said no and so I bought a new one because my goal was to go to the top. In other words, I paid double due to an error in the information provided by the employee. The time you have to enjoy the experience is flexible. Upon my arrival accessing the attraction was easy. You just have to scan the QR code to access the tram to the top of the mountain. The ride up and down was very smooth and the tram comes often so you can go up or down easily. I suggest enjoy a nice meal at the restaurant at the very top. They have a nice menu of traditional foods and great beverage offerings.

Swarovski crystal world is a must visit if you are in Innsbruck. There is shuttle bus service from three different Innsbruck center locations to and fro. We took from Innsbruck hbf station at 8:40am first bus. 20 mins travel . Return is 11:40. Wonderful museum and good collection of Swarovski collections

The hall with the ice was closed for renovation work and that was nowhere to be read, disappointing. The signposts are not optimally laid out, it was not easy to find your way around. The highlight was the hanging crystals in the dark room.

Come early and skip crowd in the chambers. It is exclusiveness witnessing sparkling lights of Swarovski crystals. I really do appreciate that there is amazing installations from artists all over the world. Every now and then there are new art installations so it is nice to come again and have a completely different experience.

The museum is truly awesome and the food at the restaurant was good too. The displays were incredible. Highly recommend going to the museum. If you don't have a car you can take a taxi or Uber. Uber was about 40 euro. We got our tickets through Headout and was a super easy seamless process. No standing in line. Got the tickets on my mobile device.

The time you have to enjoy the experience is flexible. Upon my arrival accessing the attraction was easy. You just have to scan the QR code to access the tram to the top of the mountain. The ride up and down was very smooth and the tram comes often so you can go up or down easily. I suggest enjoy a nice meal at the restaurant at the very top. They have a nice menu of traditional foods and great beverage offerings.

The explanation of the activity is very clear for a tourist . Parking for €4 in congress building (show ticket and pay immediately at entrance nordkette) . Pay attention if you have a roof box. Up to 2.10 ! With us it was only just possible. We had combi ticket Alpenzoo / hungerburg. Once we had done that we wanted to go higher and at the last station we bought extra tickets to go to the top. Tip: watch the weather / clouds. For us at the top it was too cold / too wet and no visibility through clouds. 1 station lower n beautiful walk among the mountain goats and delicious lunch . Alpenzoo was fun to visit . Successful day (pricey).

Easy getting the tickets, however some of the ticket reader had difficulty reading our phone ticket.
More information on hikes at the top or a pathway to find information on the hikes would have been most hopefull to make planning easier.

Really good to be early and ahead of the crowds. The views were amazing and the the combined experience of funicular and cable car was brilliant.
The only downside of catching the first funicular at 8am was waiting for each cable car's start time.

Animals in Alpine zoo were well kept. No noticable stress behaviour, except in few bird species kept in smaller "ecological boxes" cases.
